Examples
As it is difficult to show set prices for bespoke work we wanted to give you some examples from previous designs as a guide
This design was set in a restaurant for a 1st Birthday celebration.
The design included fluffy balloon garland set around 3/4s of our rustic wooden backdrop with a boho style corner piece, hire of cake & small plinth plus a hanging Happy Birthday sign

This design was for a returning customer who wanted to give her son a very special halloween birthday sleepover
This simple balloon garland in orange and black matched the pumpkin theme perfectly

Pricing Guide
Please note this is just a guide how the final price is put together
Balloon garlands vary from £35-50 per metre
Sizes of balloons, colours and garland thickness all needs considered in the pricing

We have other items available that are not shown in these examples so please ask if you would something specific that you would like incorporated into your design

IMPORTANT INFO
A £50 deposit must be paid on booking as per our Ts&Cs. If hiring any items this is in addition to the price.
If you are purchasing balloons only this will be deducted off the final balance which is required 2 weeks prior to the event
The final balance must be paid for 2 weeks in advance of the event date .
The Rustic Wooden backdrop is approx. 2m x 2m
Please check measurements including ceiling heights prior to booking
You are hiring everything apart from the balloons & customised sign if purchased rather than hired
All hired items will be checked on collection. Damages and losses will be deducted from the security deposit
Please, where possible, take your balloons home or liase with the venue to dispose on your behalf
All set ups must be in a secure area &
permission granted by venue prior to booking.
Some items may need to be taken under cover or inside rains.
Please make sure children are supervised throughout the event . The backdrop is not for climbing or hanging on and the hirer takes full responsibility for the safety of guests & equipment. All damages must be paid for as per terms & conditions
Delivery
Delivery, set up & collection within a 20 mile radius of CB7 5LW is included. I can travel further afield upto a 40 mile radius but this will be an additional charge of £2.00 per extra mile to cover the 4 journeys required. If you are a little further please feel free to enquire.
Hire is usually for a period of 24 hours
Please advise if you would like collected on the same day at the time of booking.
